Porthole Cottage is easily accessible from the North Antrim Tourist Route.

From Ballycastle take the road for Ballintoy.  Continue on road straight through the village and about 1 mile north you will see a sign for Mosside on the left.  This is the Moycraig Road (just opposite Whitepark Bay on right).  Turn left into the Moycraig Road and Porthole Cottage is up the second lane on the right (approx 300 m); drive slowly or you could miss the entrance.  Turn into the lane and when it divides keep left, and then turn left again when you see the NITB 4 Star sign on the pillar.

From Bushmills take A2 for Ballintoy/Ballycastle.  Continue on this road for approx 6 miles.  At Whitepark Bay turn right into Moycraig Road (signposted Mosside).   Approx .20 mile up the Moycraig pass black pillars into farm lane.  A further 100 yards turn into lane on right.  At the fork in the lane keep left.  Turn left again when you see the No 19 on the pillar.
